As a recruiter with a focus on diverse hires, increasing black and brown representation in corporate America is my form of community activism.

I have found that there are two components to this work:
 

  1. Empowering diverse candidates by giving them the tools to succeed in the workplace
  2. Raising awareness about the black and brown work experience for those who are in positions of power
